CHAC is suffering a significant funding cut from April 2014. Thanks to a grant from Canterbury City Council our service will continue to the same high standard but we shall have to reduce our hours at least temporarily. We are launching a major fund-raising campaign and looking for volunteers to help out with reception and administration.
Sorry, currently no vacancies.
RECEPTION AND ADMINISTRATION - volunteers needed urgently. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a vital service. No special skills required though basic computer literacy would be helpful. Full induction will be given. For more detail please email email@example.com.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE - we have vacancies for additional members. We are particularly keen to recruit a minutes secretary and anyone with fund-raising experience. The committee meets five times a year and there are also opportunities for members to take on additional responsibilities and to get involved in the running of the Centre (for example by helping out with reception and administration). To express interest or for more detail please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
